Doug,

 

 It is a 95 and it doesn't blink. I replaced the cats already and upgraded the exhaust with a quicksilver. unless I read the codes wrong it was 1313. Could have been a 313 but it doesn't not blink and only comes on after I am idling and parking into the garage. If I run it hot and heavy it seems fine...Not sure maybe you know?

Hey George - usually a 313 code is misfire, bank one. 

 

What year is your car?  If '96 and newer its telling you that its picking up a misfire.  OBDII stores packages of misfires in lots of 200.  Once it senses a certain number of 200 packages it commands the CEL to blink.  Its the only code that will set the CEL, or MIL, to blink.  Its a cat killer.

 

So - I guess two questions - what year is your car and does the CEL blink?

Check engine lights 1-4 on my F355 come on. Was wondering if anyone has had this similar problem? It has a 2.7 motronics  and I pulled the codes from the unit and got 1313 codes which means the ECU unit is bad etc. But the Car runs great and maybe the idle is slightly rough but not bad and at high speed runs like a champ! SO I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and if maybe a quick cleaning of the connectors might be the fix to this issue? Please advise.

EASY FIX - DISCONNECT the fast idle solenoid.

The car idles at 2000rpms.
