Hi Michael -
Is there anything to prevent a card being stolen and used by someone else?  I assume they donât use Thumb Print sensors or similar?

Have a Happy & Prosperous New Year!

Dunno what the Pilot is bitching about - it's common-knowledge that a single card-swipe can get you access to fueled, and boarded aircraft on the ramp.  Not "Anyone" can get those cards, however.  The background checks and paperwork-vetting is very stiff for that level of access, and has been so for years - its like applying for a CCP.  Just as serious, just as thorough, with similar levels of responsibility.  Losing such a card is also serious business.....they're treated like firearms where I work.  They have their own 'holsters'.

Hey Clyde -
Have you heard about this?  Is it typical for TSA to go after pilots, etc. who tell the public  the truth about flying security?
