NOTE - BIG mistake in pad removal is to FORCE the pads apart with a screwdriver acting as a lever as one can do on conventional front pad replacement. This is a BIG no-no.  If done, there is a ratchet screw behind the 13 mm plastic cap/nut that gets striped.  The correct method is undo the plastic dust cover and slip an Allen wrench in there and UNSCREW the pad back from the disk.  Here is a Porsche site (cLYdE cringes â tho he is correct in his fix assessment) for some help
