Adam - Rob is quite correct â Ferrari 308 rear brakes are VERY similar to Porsche 914 rear brakes.  The big difference is a spacer between the two halves to allow for the thicker vented Ferrari disk AND they are mounted upside down.  Otherwise very similar.

NOTE - BIG mistake in pad removal is to FORCE the pads apart with a screwdriver acting as a lever as one can do on conventional front pad replacement. This is a BIG no-no.  If done, there is a ratchet screw behind the 13 mm plastic cap/nut that gets striped.  The correct method is undo the plastic dust cover and slip an Allen wrench in there and UNSCREW the pad back from the disk.  Here is a Porsche site (cLYdE cringes â tho he is correct in his fix assessment) for some help
