Thanks Doug!
Complex stuff with lots of variables â I appreciate your
explanation. Right-o about the vacuum leaks â they seem to be
the bane of intake systems. Vac Leaks and inaccurate ignition settings are
often the only problem with FI â but lots of other stuff gets blamed.

if yer running a lean burn Honda. Stoichiometric is
Lambda (1.0) and is 14.7 parts of air to one part fuel, BY
WEIGHT. Snort But youâre both super
correct if that number on Michaels note was supposed to be stoichiometric and it
was all from BEFORE the combustion chamber, the engine wouldnât
run. From what I saw from
the other readings â heâs got one hell of a vacuum leak some before the
combustion chamber and a lot after. DOUG |
