Have you installed Birdmans fuse blocks, I know this is not related to your idle problem, but will save electrical gremlins later.

Thanks Rick -
My plan is to trace the lines with the book and verify the $300 dollar per
hour Dweebs ran the lines and the check valves correctly.
Then, as you did, do the Birdman Dance from A to Z. So that will cover your
thots. Just gotta get my butt in gear. Looking for those warm days of
Spring - you know, anything below 70 degrees F outside is a bitch.

Sounds to me like you have a stuck float in a carb, causing starvation.
Remember, the height of the fuel in the float chamber sets the height of the
fuel in the emulsion tubes.
Colin Campbell, in his engine bible "The Sports Car Engine: Its tuning and
modification", says the first thing to check is adequate fuel delivery rate,
thereby verifying the pump(s) and filters.
Dunno. Just thinking with my fingers.
I did NOT remove the deck lid. I DID hit my head a number of times. And as
all carb's 308 owners know, its a NASTY fight to remove/install the air
filter element with the deck lid in place!
