Ferrari Mailing List: Tesla Ban

Tesla's business model is to sell direct to consumers, many states have laws 
requiring that cars be sold through franchised dealers. The ruling in New 
Jersey simply confirms the current law in that state.  We have the same problem 
in North Carolina.
