Erik, throw in a couple of MSD boxes...hide them in a fenderwell.
They make a big difference on the old cars.
I just started my 48 yr old carbed car for the first time since November. 8 pumps on the gas pedal and it fired right up. Disconnected the battery and added a few gallons of race fuel prior to storage and that's all that was needed.
So simple...

Iâm still very happy with my 365 GT4 2+2, itâs like picking up an old baseball glove when I drive it. Pure analog experience.
Just doesnât like it when it is cold outside and you want to start it, still running points on it. Goes well with the 308 GTS QV (sporty car that looks like a Ferrari) and the Mondial which is a good GT/around town car. It got bumped from the out to dinner role when we got the Mulsanne...

It's one of the few F-cars I don't lament "missing out." As ever, eventually, the "special" ones in undriven condition (what's the point?) will become unobtanium prices. Me, I think I'm settling on a front engine two-seater because I can't quite come to grips with the 612 let alone the FF. The 599 seems to be my pick of the line-up. And the 430 Scuderia. Put those two side by side and I think you have some marvelous machines for very different types of quintessential enthusiast driving -- just for the sake of the machine and the experience of it. Where can I find a 599 three-pedal car? If only they put a third pedal in the Scuderia ...On Mar 17, 2014 4:08 AM, "Clyde Romero" <clyderomerof4 [at] bellsouth.net> wrote:Good point but you really got a want it ,if you know what I meanEven if I had Steve Jenkins money I still wouldn't buy a car for investment purposesNothing that is reliable from Ferrari is going to be collectible in my opinionThe F50 and all those limited editions runs will soak those who bought them dryJust look at the Superamerica crowd (based on the 575)Couple hundreds cars made , new the car ran $250k plusGo on any of the used car sites to include eBayThey are running around $150k which means the dealer gave them $100k if that and they had to buy a car!In victory you deserve ChampagneIn defeat you need it!Scars are Tattoos with better stories !Clyde RomeroConfidentiality Notice: This e-mail ( including attachments ) is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.
