Funny - well sad.  But done differently is tons and tons of money so there's
the reason.

F! makes each team develop their own chassis and body and freezes engines.

So - unless there is a chassis breakthrough - which is doubtful - the first
several races predict the seasons 1,2,3,4, etc - unless someone crashes or
breaks, or get tired, or gets better.  Alas.

I could be wrong - I'll visit this thot process in November, 2014.
