Didn’t the 250 GTO et al designer, Bizzarrini, start up his own company – Bizzarrini and drop a 327 Corvette engine in his swoopy 2 place car?  I saw a couple of them at the Monterey Historics.  I believe they’re priced out about 650,00 to 800,000.  Far cry from millions and millions.
