at 70£ there is no need to look for alternatives?
I found a Fiat sender at ICP for something like $24. The parts swapped over. I just needed to extend the wires (which were shot anyway) and pop the float out and insert
it from the other side. It worked fine. Hopefully the pic comes through. If not let me know and I'll send it direct if you PM me.
Disclaimer: it was a bit slow coming off "full" and got to near empty with about 3 gallons left. Which was fine by me. When I later removed the tanks to clean them up and redo all the plumbing, I removed the sensor and tigged an inch or two of rod into the middle of the float arm to make it the precise length of the
original. At that point it worked exactly as stock. So $24 bucks for the donor part, 25¢ worth of wire, 20 minutes of fiddling and 15 seconds on the tig.

They are both good. Ferrari parts is Marenello Concessionaires the original importer of Ferraris to the UK and one of the first dealers of Ferraris. They both are good sources and you should have no problems with either.
