Morning CG, et al.,

Yea, its kinda like yours, if more mild and often damp. Good for garage work. Not so much for driving many days. Tres s#!tty for painting parts. Too much condensation.

Sadly, it never needs updating. Today I do hope to get the TR out for exercise. We'll see.  Biggest challenge is keeping it running for the trip home! Damned idle instability.

Yea, I've had it around the block. Idles okay and is surprisingly strong above 3500rpm but 'progression' is problematic. I hope the issue is idle jet mixture as that controls the progression fuel:air ratio. Right now, it leans out and stumbles - then leaps.

The other issue is brakes. It pulls right upon braking. I suspect a stuck left front caliper cylinder but we'll see. I'll compress the cylinders, like when changing pads, shoot a little brake fluid on the bore to wet the seals, then apply hard pedal pressure. Perhaps a couple of iterations of that will free a sticking piston. Failing that, its caliper rebuilding time ... both sides plus new flex hoses and pads, of course. And gawd-only-knows what Shipwright's Disease might cause while I'm at it!!! But you know that...
