Oh, I'll work on anything if it has a moving part. That said...

I take machines apart and put them back together.  My wife, on the other and, is veterinary nurse. She takes dogs apart and puts them back together.

Say –rick, do you practice on Mikuni’s to get your SU’s working well?

Me?  I just love all the plastic parts on ol Ford throttle body injection.

Yummy.

You know I'm just poking a bad dog, Clyde. This isn't my car. I just offered to rebuild the Dellortos, if at all possible.

That's the fun bit for me. Building.

No need to please Clyde
If you like nostalgia

I like stuff that works not catches fire!

In victory you deserve Champagne
In defeat you need it!

Scars are Tattoos with better stories !

If you follow all the rules
You miss all the fun!

I know.   But I've been there and have seen what he is doing.  I stand by that statement.

Fuel injected systems are closed systems, eliminating the flooded float chamber problem, BUT they operate at really high pressure! That brings another set of potential problems. Any way one looks at it, fuel is dangerous.
