I don’t have your skills, but I’ve just installed some awesome LED headlights on my glass 308GTB and next week I’m getting cruise control installed. We have a yearly 4000km drive and 3000 of them is at a mind numbing 110kph on a straight highway with strict speed checks. Cruise control will be a massive bonus.

Hi Gang,

Some exotic car owners are polishers, some are drivers, and some are both. I'm a little of both but primarily, I am a builder. Most recently I have restored a pair of Dellorto carburetors that suffered a fuel fire. Before that it was work on my Testarossa ( with more to come ). Presently, I am adjusting the position of my '53 MG's radiator so that the bonnet will close in perfect alignment! So much more fun than real work.

So as I awaken today and before a morning of hunting cheap oil begins, I wonder what automotive restoration/maintenance/building projects may be in your queue. Care to share?

BTW, F1 cars look better this season and hopefully they will sound better, but the engine formula is the same. Performance this year, seems to be better balanced across the field, if pre-season tests are any indication. Could be fun - again. I'm still unconvinced that Seb's point-and-squirt driving style will match Ferrari's car - but I'm hoping to be impressed.
