Here is the deal in a nut shell when it comes to Ferraris 

The way I see it 

You buy a Ferrari because you like it and want to drive the shit out of it

That's it 

No ifs ands or buts!

If you bought yours for any other reason your a fool!

Yes there are those idiots out there that will pay 7 figure money for some 60's shit box that everyone wows over but look them in eye and ask them why they bought it?

They are deep pocket posers that's it !

They got the dumb blonde on the arm and walk around with an ascot and a blue blazer at pebble beach! With there nose in the air catching rain!

Don't you wish you were them?

Like I say 

If you want to know what God thought about money

Look who he gave it too!

In victory you deserve Champagne

In defeat you need it!

I have a friend who wanted to sell his 1992 512TR Rosso/Tan with 25K about 3 years ago. I offered $75K cash and he laughed at me. 3 months later, he traded the car at Continental in Lake Forest for a plain Jane black 599GTB. He got $50K for the trade-in. Every time I see him,  I never let him forget it.
