Today, there are no consequences to being fired OR going to work. I am told it is a pendulum – but sadly even the smartest folks are having a problem defining the pendulum’s amplitude. I try to teach my technician’s the same attitude about our systems – it matters what’s in a ceiling, or behind a rack or in a junction box that may never be opened again.
