I called at least 6 times the 800 number on the
Customs form that is glued to the box. I listened to all the options that were
given, pushed on a lot of numbers to try to talk to a human. No
success.
Then I turned the form over by curiosity and there
it is. The back side is actually a Request Form to get a refund if you feel you
were unjustly billed.
I also included the Paypal invoice with the right
information on. I mailed it yesterday. I'm very anxious to see if the first
public servant who reads it is in a good mood ot not.
