Because they are greedy and don't care. And the customers don't care either as they support being treated like trash because they continue to do business with them...

A bunch of hardcore Lambo guys I know are so put off by all of these terrible experiences that they wanted to give Ferrari a fair chance but they just couldn't do it.

 

Curious to hear how some of you braved it out....
