Have the Pocher engine kits unbuilt, Alfa kit unbuilt, TR unbuilt and an F-40 built, but not by me. Have picked up some transkit items for the F-40, metal gas cap, metal mirrors with actual glass lenses, photo etch aluminum pedals, tool kit and other items.
Have the Tamiya Caterham kit with a transkit to add detail to it. Still in the box waiting for me to get started.
If you want to see what can be done with Pocher kits, check out this site. They specialize in detail parts for Pocher cars for serious and I mean serious builders. https://www.modelmotorcars.com
Check out their 'museum' page, has photos of some of the customers builds.

It was an amazing kit, and I may still have the photos of the kit archived somewhere, but as I said, I sold the kit (lack of confidence that my modeling skills would ever do justice to the kit).

GP, that Alfa model sounds amazing.
Any pics of yours?

Lashdeep,
Your comment brings back some memories. When I lived in Laurel, my apartment was broken into and the rat-bastard thief stole two 1/8 Pocher Ferraris I had built (TR and F40). Insurance settled on about $1200 each, and I bought another Pocher kit - Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Monza, for about $400.
This kit was incredible - real museum quality. Crank/pistons moved inside the engine, lights were wired to work off a tiny battery hidden in the model (and the lights went on/off with the light switch on the dashboard!), brakes worked, and wire wheels were built spoke-by-spoke.
Needless to say, this kit was stashed while I built other things, hoping to beef up my modeling skills until I was ready for this very serious challenge. And then ebay came along. One day I saw this same kit sell for well over a grand on ebay, so I took some photos, put mine up there, and also got well over a grand for it! I think I did well - I've seen them recently for under a grand.
Still not sure if I ever would have gotten past building the wire wheels!

Are these the ones that are routinely $400 plus on ebay?
