Looks like he just didn't have the runway because of the vis
and conditions, didn't round out, and hit at 750-1000 fpm rate of descent.
He hit at 7G instantaneous which would have put the landing gear up through the
wings, but, the whole cockpit broke off at impact which was probably merciful in
this situation!
