Near Lakenheath and Machrihanish it was pub fare or starve.  Fish and Chips, cold beer (yes, it existed) and a dark haired Bonnie Lass with a delightful accent made for a few wonderful evenings.

Now wait...   I truly enjoyed “bag strikes” in the UK!    Bangers and mash, Shepherds Pie, sliced bread and butter.    But, I have simple tastes in food.   Product of growing up on military bases and commissary food.  Given the option, I’d go with the Jetson’s diet.
