Ferrari Mailing List: Water tube out of antenna ?

When I took the antenna out, I saw a black tube going through the wheel well (see bottom left side of picture). I did not know what it was there for. I imagined water drainage but it is about an inch high. So A LOT of water has to accumulate before it goes down in that tube. I was watching videos on 'you tube' about antenna maintenance. I actually saw someone mentioned antennas have a hole exactly for that, water drainage. Mine has one (hidden in the picture) but there was no tube connecting to the black tube in the wheel well. I guess I need to fix one on my antenna, right?
