Keep in mind Ferrari hated the expensive USA only modifications to sell the cars.
They only did the bare minimum to get the cars to pass the EPA/DOT certification process.

Also have seen on startups condensation vapors on both sides and also only on 1 side. Just seems weird!

Might make a difference with muffler brand. I had an aftermarket Ansa that had exhaust pulses on both sides at idle, but was much stronger on one side. Being curious, I plugged one side and it didn't seem cause any misfire. I suspect mine were kinda sorta separate, but with some internal connection.

Are the mufflers of a design that combines the 2 banks into 1 or do they exit each side separately.  On US with 4 exhaust tips should you feel the same pulsations on both sides?
