Must you get self-righteous every time someone dies in a plane crash?  Two people died.  Must you dishonor them with your "self cleansing" judgmental quip?  

Honest question.  Has a good pilot ever crashed or been shot down?  Note: I am not implying this guy was a good pilot.  Just asking a question.
