To be fair that information on BMW is not new, it’s been talked about for more 
than a year. They claim they can build a single version of a car with all the 
options ( controlled I assume by a touchpad), where you can add and delete 
items as you wish. I see the logic ( although I hate the idea personally)… Move 
from Florida to New York with your BMW and wish you had bought seat heaters? 
Well presto, you can add them for a monthly fee. ( and assumably stop paying 
for them in the summer). I hate the idea but BMW can show a constant revenue 
source to the investors and even used cars will suddenly have all the options 
available if you buy one so it’s probably going to happen….BR in Stockholm
