Indeed.

 

But it goes to show you how you can backdate a modern powertrain into the old chassis and it’s literally a bolt-in fit.

 

Remember the David Goldsmith 308 V-12 conversions? I’ve got the manual. Yeah, lots of custom machining and welding but the whole works still fits in that engine bay.
