Tks - Bosch CIS is a giant puzzle and all pieces are appreciated.
*******Today so far...************
Pressure guage inline between distributor and (warmup) regulator
Idles at 30 psi cold & hot
Engine stopped pressure holds at 40 psi for hour tending to rule out a leaky
accumulator or pump check valve.
Now idles at 50 psi. cold & hot - why? donno - vacuum leak or electrical
could have caused the previous 30 psi
Removed electrical connetor to cold start injection - makes no difference to
starting cold or hot (75ambient)
Removed electrical connetor to warmup regulator - makes no difference to
starting cold or hot (75ambient)

Right now I'm thinking I better renew all my vacuum lines

Also beginning to think the engine just wanted some 'quality' time with me!

**********Questions************

1) Maybe I was dreaming when I thought the car used to start just as easily
warm as cold.
Does everyone normally pump the accelerator for a hot start?

2) What type of tester is used to measure the air/fuel mixture?
If it is running rich how can I find out? ( I live in a non-DEQ area)
