Apart from Ferraris in general having over-optimistic speedos, the speed issue is, of course, also affected if you have changed your wheels' rolling diameters in any way. It may be that the current tyre of choice that you guys are fitting on the 355s is also slightly smaller in circumference. You can easily work out the difference by calculating the circumference difference between the original standard-issue tyre and the current tyre or modified wheel and tyre you may have fitted (using c = 2Πr).
