Lawsuit from who? If I am ever unfortunate to have to shoot someone they will not *ever* breathe again, much less sue me. Dead men tell no tales, or as Tuco from Sergio Leone's "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly" would say, "when you have to shoot, shoot ... don't talk."

I have used an HK .45 before but find that any .45 is just too large and
heavy to carry on a regular basis. How is the HK .40? My main weapon
is a Glock 40 cal. with a Walther PPK-S for an occasional backup. My
load in each is either Glaser safety slugs or Black Talons. Have a
stash of each since I don't believe either have been legal for sale for
a while!

They are legal, just no longer manufactured (BT's) due to
  "political correctness".

If they had painted them pink and called them "Rose Petals of Love"
and placed them in a rainbow box w/ care bears on the front
they likely never would have been taken off the market.

Another case of a too-successful marketing campaign ;)

PS: Expect a huge lawsuit if you shoot anyone w/ BT's today.
