I have used an HK .45 before but find that any .45 is just too large and heavy to carry on a regular basis. How is the HK .40? My main weapon is a Glock 40 cal. with a Walther PPK-S for an occasional backup. My load in each is either Glaser safety slugs or Black Talons. Have a stash of each since I don't believe either have been legal for sale for a while!
They are legal, just no longer manufactured (BT's) due to "political correctness".
If they had painted them pink and called them "Rose Petals of Love" and placed them in a rainbow box w/ care bears on the front they likely never would have been taken off the market.
