That's not it. I'm having the same problem you are. Happens on my IE6 
machine at work, but did not happen at home with either IE6 or 7. I know why 
it's happening (any time a program moves a web browser window or opens a new 
web browser window in a different spot), McAfee complains that the registry 
is changing, but the registry is just tracking where to open the web browser 
next time.

It's harmless, so you can continue to click Allow, but I, like you, would 
certainly like to know how to shut it off. That damned bell sound is getting 
really irritating.
