355's had the same wear issue with the rear tire.  Lots of negative camber in 
the factory alignment specs.

Many dealers will dial it back a bit for longer tire wear.

The rear alignment problem was in 91/92 and has since ben taken care 
of.  Not a problem mechanically, but a choice by the manufacturer to 
extract maximum handling.  The new 350Z's have the same issues, I 
believe mainly with the front tires ...
