Even when drawings are prepared by an Engineer, you still can have this
problem...

This stuff is very annoying....I knew most electricians would organize the
branch circuit wiring however they liked, but taking liberty with GFI
breakers is unacceptable.

Gotta love how my time spent designing this stuff gets wasted away...
