Oh boy - Alonso did NOT look happy. Missing the pole (and you KNOW his fuel strategy was set to take it), slipping to 4th (then inheriting a podium when Kimi DNFd), and not even grabbing fastest lap. That was a forced smile and wave on the podium. Massa opened a serious 64oz can of Whoop Ass(TM). When he got out of the car, he looked ON FIRE! Then he discovered in the interview that he HAD been! Bust out the 'mallows! Lewis Hamilton is the real deal. I said he looked promising before the season, but I didn't expect him to be THAT good. Wow. Kimi? Does mechanical failure just follow him around? I mean come on! I love Kimi, and I get frustrated (far less than he does, I'm sure) when his hardware fails him. Arrrrgh. I support Massa as a Tifosi, but I must admit I am a bigger Kimi fan. This was an eventful race - pit fires, air-jack men being pulled to the ground, on-track contact (my TiVo's slomo button got a workout today), and BMW leading a race for the first time this season. It's already shaping up to be an exciting season! SJ
