Ferrari Mailing List: buying a Ferrari 208

I have a friend who has a home near Turin Italy, as well as a home here in 
Florida. He wants to know what's involved in his buying the 208 in Italy,  and 
bringing it to the USA. The car is unmodified (stock for Italy). Also what are 
the approximate costs involved in shipping, bringing it up to emmisions and 
safety standards (with gov't approvals), and licensceing it in Florida. Also 
what to look for, as far as possible problems, in a 208.
