Agreed.  I have rebuilt many older MCs but that's
because new ones are NLA for the kind of toy cars I
often own.  (Remember the 1959 Lancia Appia?)  Still,
I hone the bores and do the rebuild right.  I can't
guarantee that a vendor providing a rebuilt-in-a-box
went to that level of detail.
