Ferrari Mailing List: F40 vs. the new punks

What do you guys think? On modern rubber, does the F40 still take down the
entry level challengers on a racetrack(F430, Gallardo SE, 911 GT3 RS), etc?

I know with some work, the F40 can re-annihilate the competition....brakes,
tires, suspension come to mind, not to mention 600-700 hp is not a big deal
to get either.

Just curious what cutting edge '87 Ferrari Engineering can still provide...
