I'm yet to see anyone in anything on standard tyres, up to and including the
F430 come close to the lap times I did in my F40.....and I'm not (put name
of best driver ever here)

Also....an Fchat guy took his CS and 430 to the track. Hie 430 was
faster....so much so, that he sold the CS very soon after.

What do you guys think? On modern rubber, does the F40 still take down the
entry level challengers on a racetrack(F430, Gallardo SE, 911 GT3 RS), etc?

I know with some work, the F40 can re-annihilate the competition....brakes,
tires, suspension come to mind, not to mention 600-700 hp is not a big deal
to get either.

Just curious what cutting edge '87 Ferrari Engineering can still provide...
