Ferrari Mailing List: NFC- '98 MB CL500 Thoughts??

Anyone with firsthand experiences on a '98 CL500?

I haven't had a chance to do a thorough pre-purchase inspection, but the car's 
A/C blows warm and the ABS/Traction Control lights are lit. It has about 70k 
miles and runs quite well. There is a light clunk on the passenger side over 
bumps.

Is this thing totalled?
