Two issues: 1) I doubt a GTS bar will fit a GT4 - car width. 2) In general, stiffen the back, more oversteer, less understeer. Stiffen the front and the opposite happens. You may have to be careful trying a stiffer rear bar as you could have, uh, interesting experiences when/if you might have to lift throttle in the middle of one of those sweepers on some back country lane.
