I think that each individual gearbox will require some experimentation. What works well in one may not in another. But that said...... Jeff's comment about using MT-90 instead of MTL could possibly aggrevate syncro issues. The syncros work better with thinner oil. That's why (in general) most of these cars shift better after you've just run the piss out of them -- the oil has warmed up and gotten thinner. Hans.
