Wow! My perception of the "noise" (Vs. Sound) of the GT40s engine is
obviously louder than reality. I've only heard some in videos and it's hard
to know if the noise is real or a sound mixers idea of what it should sound
like.

Anyway - I wonder what would be on other people ultimate wish list? Say you have $1 Million to spend on cars of all kinds and space/time to enjoy 10 toys. I would leave things like RVs out of the list - agreed? The reason I say 10 cars/motorcycles is because I believe that's about how many could be enjoyed - driving, washing/waxing, maintaining, improving, etc so they do not sit and gather dust. Also, it will keep the list from growing to 20 or 30 cars long.
While ya'll ponder the need for such a thread I'll ponder what would be on my list ---

If I were ever to win something like that I would be so freaking determined not to end up broke like many lottery winners after 4 or 5 years that I would limit my buying to $100K for cars (neccesities, don't you know) until I found the right financial structure that would keep me in $$s for ever - things like Trusts and such that would give me a monthy "paycheck" and not bother the principle. IMHO, you'd have to virtually *throw* $100s out the window constantly to go thru so much money (even a couple million) that I still find it hard to end up broke after winning a lot of money. But fools (as in a fool and his money) can be so creative.

Larry:
Not having driven a 360, I can't make a completely accurate comparison, but
I have driven the Ford GT and my 348 Spyder.
First let me note that while the Ford was a new experience for me and driving the Ferrari was "routine" and that might have slightly affected my perceptions but I'll try not to let that happen.
The two cars I've driven (348 & Ford GT) seemed like they came from
different worlds in many ways. My Ferrari is visceral, sort of like a scrotum on 4
wheels while the Ford GT was quieter and more comfortable in many ways (but
then again it was a brand new car at the time so that also contributes to this
perception). The Ford was seriously quieter, but then again it was not a
Spyder, the seats fit my middle age crisis ass a bit better, and it seemed
somewhat faster than the 348, but it being new, and the owner sitting right next to
me and looking over my shoulder with some apprehension while I was in control
of his new car, for which he had taken a second mortgage on his house, to
