With naturally aspirated motors, your only two real options are more displacement (see Viper), or more revs (see 430). Can't rev the pushrod motor that much more, and can't make the motor much bigger without starting clean-sheet.
Ahem - then along came NASCAR motors. But then those ARE stock. It says on the ticket. heh heh
