Bubba,
When Clyde said, <<people buy more weapon than they need>> I think he meant some people, a petite woman for example, might buy a M1911 .45 when a .32 Keltec might be a better choice for her -
;-)
IMHO naturally -

Hey cLyDe: Thank God that I'm not one of those peoples. I need 50 weapon, and I've only got 18. Some peoples on the List?have more than one Ferrari too. But, then again, if you can afford more than one, it's legal to own more than one, and you don't hurt anybody by owning more than one, why the hell not? I'm speaking of Ferraris, guns, watches, or whatever. Who's to say how many of anything I need? Big Sister isn't elected yet, my friend.
Yer Shitbox(TM) pal, Bubba

Learn how to use anything before buying it
Unfortunately, while this is a good rule it is not followed by many,
particularly those buying a personal defense or conceal or carry handgun. It
is like getting about 30 hours in a Cessna 150 and then thinking you are
ready to take off in a Beech King Air 200. After all, the basic rules are
the same, as are the principles of aerodynamics, it is just there are a lot
more things to "play" with and one has all of that time between taking off
and the need to land to get it all sorted out <g>
