Having just read your article on the new ’09 ZR-1( Dec 24 )  I only hope
that GM marketing has in fact done their  home work. 

I feel that marketing a car at the $100-120k level from GM is a huge
mistake. Most individuals who have this type of disposable income for a car
will go elsewhere. The performance is there but the market share is not for
a car of this cost. If you have 6 figure money to spend on a car you’re not
going to buy a Corvette! After all you have an image to maintain and
spending 6 figures on a Corvette doesn’t do anything for that image! When
you show up at the fancy restaurant and  there is only one spot up front to
park in and you are in your Corvette ZR-1 and the other guy has the real
Enzo,( that the brakes where lifted from) plan to get your feeling hurt.
