The automakers keep pretending they're gonna have apoplexy whenever Congress
wants to increase CAFE standards.  But yet, other automakers seem able to
meet the standards, and whaddyaknow, so do "the big three".  Or whatever
they're called now.  the three stooges? For the first time light trucks are
going to be i ncluded, so buy your F150 Lightings now...
