You mean to tell me there was global warming pre human???

I have a neighbor (who is a lawyer as well) who is a religious zealot RE: GW.   
 I tried to bring up cow farts and pine trees and cyclical weather patterns and 
the response was "no matter what you say, ill win... All the evidence shows 
that humans are SOLELY responsible for GW!!!".  I've put debating GW in the 
same category as debating abortion.....its a polarizing and people have closed 
minds on it.....

I don't think global warming would be THAT big of an issue were it not for
the fact that now the earth is populated by people, whereas in the last one,
what, there were a few animals around who really couldn't complain about
things too much?
