I find it intriguing that my name comes up when 'cow
farts' are mentioned...

In fact, volcanoes put more green-house gas in the
atmosphere than any other source.  Perhaps we could
get Gore to regulate them, or at least make a movie
and get a prize for it?  What a dweeb!

I heard the other day that a team of Russian
scientists have argued (techno-speak to avoid the word
'proved') that Earth has cycled through its heat
increase and is now cooling into the long-overdue next
ice age.  I guess that means that "An Inconvenient
Truth" will have to be reclassified into the 'SciFi'
genera!

Can't help with your numbers.  I just have studied
geology enough to know that nothing puny little man
can do will have a lasting impact on the earth.
