I'm pretty sure there is a fuel pressure vs temperature chart in the 328 supplement to the 308 manual.
As was recently discussed you should be able to find this manual online. If not LMK and I'll look it up.
This should be for a euro car, its the pressures for the US cars that are hard to find.
Make sure you have the proper gauge with the three way valve, otherwise you'll have a hard time with the tests.

Don't have an answer, sorry. (Don't you just hate people answering questions without an answer)
When I had hot start issues, my mechanic lent me a book on Bosch Injection Systems which was great as understanding is key. Believe it was the book by Charles Probst. Until your question I didn't know there was a difference between cold and warm or Euro & non-Euro pressures. But since my 1980 basic Bosch system, perhaps they add a feature addition each year. Also I find it useful to own a pressure qauge (with spare crush washers).
