Yer one of the few who is on the right track with a CIS fuel delivery system. The whole thing revolves around fuel pressures and CO settings.

Don't have an answer, sorry. (Don't you just hate people answering questions without an answer)

When I had hot start issues, my mechanic lent me a book on Bosch
Injection Systems which was great as understanding is key.  Believe
it was the book by Charles Probst.
Until your question I didn't know there was a difference between cold
and warm or Euro & non-Euro pressures.  But since my 1980 basic
Bosch system, perhaps they add a feature addition each year.
Also I find it useful to own a pressure qauge (with spare crush washers).
