I am about to leave Palm Beach after immersing my self in Ferraris and
   Ferrari ownership.
I have spent a lot of time with those who own (and can afford to own )
multiple automobiles, I do not believe that I see and feel the same
passion for the cars as I did 30 and 40 years ago, but I do sense that
both Ferrari and their dealers are more attuned to the owners rather
than to just their money than they have been in the past 15 /20 years.
It will always (all ways) be expensive to own these cars and any one
who thinks differently will complain, I try to hear them with a grain
of salt, I try to understand their desire to own a Ferrari and help
where and when I can. But quality is still a commodity for which we
   must pay.

One thing I feel comfortable about adding is that after this years
event, I do have a much greater comfort level and confidence in the
Ferrari Certification program, I beleieve that they truly are focused
on assisting the owners with documentation, history and supporting the
   mystique of the marque.

If any of you who have never been to the Cavallino or have been.....
and plan to do so again are thinking about next January, let them know
soon, it will not only help John and Alycia plan ahead. The
Cavallino is absolutely so much more than a "show" it is a sensory
experience that will last a life time. Do not look back and wish you
had. It gets better all the time....how I do not know, but believe me
   it does.

   Forza Ferrari,
   Phil
